This hotel offers spacious rooms with neat and clean linen, providing a calming view of the mountains. The staff is eager to please, and there are markets and shops within walking distance. the banquet hall is impressive, accommodating a large number of people without feeling congested. The air conditioning is effective, and the LED chandelier adds a touch of elegance to the ambience.
The hotel lacks proper staff training, as they disregarded the do-not-disturb sign.

Over Christmas, I stayed at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the spacious rooms and comfortable beds provided me with a good night's sleep. the hygiene was impeccable even during such tough times. The hotel's location was ideal as it was situated in the heart of the city, near all popular shopping areas, and plenty of transportation was available nearby. , the hotel staff was very supportive and courteous.
The food wasn't up to par in comparison to the rest of the hotel's offerings. The lack of a good spread left me disappointed in such a festive season.
